Sophie has research interests in comparative law in Europe, esp. comparative constitutional law and judicial studies. She is Assistant Professor in Comparative Law at Cambridge University and an Associate Member of the International Academy of Comparative Law.
Dr Penny GIOSA
Secretary (2020- )
Penny’s general research interests are in the areas of Competition Law, Public Procurement, Food Law, and White-Collar crimes in a comparative perspective.
Dr Sirko Harder
Treasurer (2021- )
Sirko’s areas of research are the law of obligations and private international law. He is interested in comparing the laws of different common law jurisdictions and of civil law and common law jurisdictions. He has worked at universities in Australia, England, Germany and Scotland and is a Reader in Law at the University of Sussex.
