Lady Hale Moot Court 8-10 Berkeley Square, Bristol and online.

The launch event will be the official book launch of Vicarious Liability in the Common Law World (Hart, 2022) edited by Professor Paula Giliker, co-director of the Centre, which examines from a comparative perspective the operation of vicarious liability in eight key jurisdictions with expert scholars setting out and critically analysing the law. The panel of speakers will be: Professor Paula Giliker (Bristol); Professor Jason Neyers (University of Western Ontario); Dr Mat Campbell (Glasgow); Dr Desmond Ryan (Trinity College Dublin); Dr Andrew Bell (Bristol).
