The new University of Bristol Centre for Private and Commercial Law will be formally launched on 8 February 2023 starting at 17.00-19.00 in the Lady Hale Moot Court 8-10 Berkeley Square and online. The launch event will be the official book launch of Vicarious Liability in the Common Law World (Hart, 2022) edited by Professor Paula Giliker, co-director of the Centre, which examines from a comparative perspective the operation of vicarious liability in eight key jurisdictions with expert scholars setting out and critically analysing the law. The panel of speakers will be:
