The British Association of Comparative Law is pleased to invite you to a launch of Healthcare, Quality Concerns, and Competition Law (Hart 2023).

This study by Dr Theodosia Stavroulaki (Gonzaga) incorporates comparison of competition in healthcare in the US, UK, and EU. Presentation of the book will be followed by discussion with Dr Mina Hosseini (UCD) and Dr Sandra Marco Colino (CUHK).

The event will be chaired by Dr Mary Guy (Liverpool John Moores University; BACL Secretary).

There will be time for Q&A with the audience.
